Analysts continue to expect growth in trade surplus
Although the trade surplus of 666 million euros of November 2011 is expected to be smaller than the analysts’ expectations further surplus is expected in the trade balance.
The Central Bureau of Statistics on the basis of preliminary datas indicated that in November 2011, exports grew by 3.9 imports by 6 percent compared to November 2010 calculated in euros. Calculated in forint, exports grew by 16.1 and imports by 18.1 percent. In November, the trade balance surplus was 666 million euros, compared to the 769 million euros of November 2010. The first eleven months’ surplus was 6.607 billion euros, compared to the previous year's 5.101 billion euros – reports MTI.
