Analysts: employment on historic peak
The number of employees has risen to record highs in the third quarter and the market analysts expect a further decline in unemployment, market analysts commented on the labor market data published on Thursday by the Central Statistical Office (KSH).
According to the report of KSH, the average number of employees in the third quarter was 4 million 451 thousand, 60 thousand more than a year before. The average number of unemployed persons decreased to 189,000 in the same period, while the unemployment rate decreased by 0.8 percentage points to 4.1 percent. (MTI)
