Analysts have positively surprised with Q4 GDP
Last year’s fourth-quarter GDP figures gave a positive surprise, according to analysts reporting to MTI, but the slowdown is expected to continue this year.
According to the first estimate released by the Central Statistical Office (KSH) on Friday, gross domestic product (GDP) grew by 4.9 percent in 2019 compared to the previous year. Economic growth in the fourth quarter of last year was 4.5 percent according to the raw GDP data and 4.6 percent calendar and seasonally effect adjusted. (MTI)
