Analysts: the trade surplus exceeded the expectations
The growth of trade surplus far exceeded the expectations of macroeconomic analysts interviewed by MTI.
According to the latest reports of the Central Statistical Office (KSH), the value of exports in euros increased by 5 percent, while the euro value of imports grew by 1.3 percent in June compared with a year before, so the trade surplus increased by 302 million euros to 1 129 million euros (355 billion HUF).
