Analysts: wage growth may remain double-digit this year
The rate of wage growth slowed down, but macroeconomic analysts told MTI that they expect wage growth of around ten percent or more at an annual average.
According to the data published on Friday by the Central Statistical Office (KSH), the average gross earnings of full-time employees in May were 327 500 forints, 10.9 percent higher than a year before. In the first five months, gross and net average earnings were 12.1 percent higher than a year before. (MTI)
