Analysts: inflation may continue to accelerate
In line with expectations, the rise in inflation in March and the rise in world oil prices and excise duties on tobacco products are expected to accelerate further – market analysts told MTI.
According to a report by the Central Statistical Office (KSH), consumer prices were on average 3.7 percent higher in March than a year earlier. Fuel prices have risen 17.7 percent since March last year, and tobacco prices 17.5 percent. (MTI)
