Analysts expect further retail sales expansion
On the basis of the June trends the retail sales growth can continue in the coming months – the analyst of the K&H and the Savings Bank believe on the recently published data of the Central Statistical Office (KSH).
Suppan Gergely, analyst of the Savings Bank pointed out that retail sales increased much higher-than-expected by 7.2 percent in June, while calendar effect adjusted the increase was 6.2 percent.
Németh Dávid, K&H Bank’s senior macroeconomic analyst told MTI that the 5-6 percent sales growth can be maintained in the coming months. (MTI)
