Analysts this year’s economic downturn next year bounce may follow
According to the first estimate published by the Central Statistical Office (KSH) on Friday, Hungary’s gross domestic product (GDP) fell by 13.6 percent in the second quarter according to raw data, and by 13.5 percent in the second quarter, according to seasonally and calendar-adjusted and balanced data, compared to the same period of the previous year. As a result of the emergency caused by the coronavirus pandemic, production in most sectors of the economy has fallen. (MTI)
