Analysts: the strong international environment pulls the export
In the first half of the year, the strong international and European environments may continue to pull the export – macroeconomic analysts told MTI, who, however, expects a slightly lower foreign trade surplus than last year.
According to the preliminary figures released by the Hungarian Central Statistical Office (KSH) on Monday, the value of exports in euros were 5.0 percent higher and imports were 4.5 percent higher in February, compared to the same period of last year. The foreign trade surplus increased by 72 million euros to 838 million euros. (MTI)
