The growth of the gross domestic product (GDP) in the second quarter has surpassed analysts’ expectations.
Although the seasonally and calendar-effect adjusted figures mainly indicate the maintaining of pace and not an acceleration. After publishing the preliminary report of the Central Statistical Office, analysts claim that the unexpected performance of agriculture could contribute to the favorable data as well. (MTI)
