Food cheapest in Poland, alcohol in Romania
If it would be possible to travel through the continent from one end to another within a few hours, the citizens of the union would probably purchase in Eastern Europe.
According to the datas of Ecostat; it would be worth to purchase food in Poland and non alcoholic drinks, where the price of these is 64 percent of the EU average. Alcoholic drinks are the cheapest in Romania, where the price of alcoholic drinks is 70 percent of the EU average. In Bulgaria, the price of cigarettes is only 46 percent of the EU average – reports szabadfold.hu.
