World Food Day: new challenges

World Food Day is being organized for the first time on June . One of the most important prerequisites for food safety is the regular laboratory testing of products, but in addition to traditional analyzes, new challenges must also be met: allergens, pesticides, doping agents in supplements, GMOs, or substances that are soluble in food from packaging materials. These materials should be pinched all over the neck. But how?
