Electornic nose against stinky meat
The SensorFresh takes 2000 readings in under a minute and so analyze the air around the meat. The mashine is avalaible by internet.
The sensor's built-in fan draws in the sample atmosphere past four electronic sensors that measure by-products of food-borne bacteria at sensitivities measured in parts per billion (ppb). It is programmed to correlate with the strictest international standards for food safety.One replaceable sensor cartridge (the “QCard”) is included; it should last for two months of standard meal preparation, or 200 readings.
