Prices are going up this season at Lake Balaton
According to Pénzcentrum, the pre-season at Lake Balaton is well underway, with many choosing to spend their weekend by the lakeside due to the pleasant weather. With the opening of restaurants and buffets, this year’s prices have been unveiled, showing no significant increase from last year, although some price hikes are expected from June.
In Balatonfüred, visitors can expect the following prices at local buffets:
- Plain lángos: 1000 HUF
- Garlic lángos: 1100 HUF
- Sour cream lángos: 1500 HUF
- Ketchup lángos: 1300 HUF
- Cheese lángos: 1500 HUF
- Cheese and sour cream lángos: 1900 HUF
- Tuna lángos: 3600 HUF
For those seeking heartier meals:
- Bean goulash: 2600 HUF
- Lecsó (vegetable stew): 2500 HUF
- Breaded cutlet with Greek salad: 3900 HUF
- 10 dkg of fried fish: 700 HUF
- Fried sausage: 700 HUF
- A pair of sausages: 1300 HUF
- Hot dog: 1500 HUF
- Gyros plate: 3200 HUF
