Satisfaction and loyalty increase tool to help parents with small children to return to work
The family-friendly measures at workplaces significantly contribute to mitigate the employees' work-family conflict and increasing staff satisfaction and emotional commitment to the workplace, and to stay at the workplace – the recent study of the American Psychological Association states.
It is no coincidence that the companies operating in Hungary are also becoming more open toward family-friendly solutions. In recent times they pay more and more attention to the coordination of women's work and family obligations, as well as to help the return of parents with small children to work.
The long-term goal of the GAK Social Diversity Program is to create equal opportunities to the disadvantaged groups in the labor market as well as labor market integration, and to improve the employment situation in the region.
