New owner for the half of Allee
ING Real Estate Development and Allianz Real Estate Germany GmbH signed an agreement on the selling of the 50 percent share of Allee shopping center in Budapest. The transaction worth of 100 million euros – announced the two companies on Wednesday.
ING Real Estate Development retains the 50 percent ownership of Allee and will continue to provide the asset management functions.
Allee shopping center in Budapest, opened its doors in November 2009, on 47 thousand square meters of retail and entertainment outlets, as well as 7000 square meters of office space in the 9th district, where about half a million people is living. Allee’s most important tenants are Inditex Group (Zara, Bershka, Stradivarius), Van Graaf, H&M, C&A, Electroworld and Interspar – reports Origo.hu.
