Kraft Foods Inc. sells its Post cereals business
The American Ralcorp Holdings Inc.payed US 2.8 billion for it.
Kraft continues to evaluate its brands and businesses in
terms of its long-term growth plan, using several criteria: growth potential,
relative market share and profitability. For Ralcorp the deal means 50%
increase at income.
