The Győri Keksz Kft., the Negro candies and the sugar confectionery base in Győr are for sale – was announced by the owner, the American Mondelez international.

Borkai Zsolt, Mayor of Győr told Népszabadság that the company informed him about the step, but more informations have not disclosed yet. According to non-official informations, less Negro candies were sold than planned, so the company do not see the Negro candy as y strategic key product. (Népszabadság Online)
