Tesco sells its interest in Poland
Tesco sells its store network in Poland. The largest British retail chain, in justifying the deal announced in London on Thursday, emphasized that it would be able to focus on other Central European interests, including Hungary.
According to an announcement on the London Stock Exchange, Tesco will sell its 301 stores in Poland to the Danish-based retail network Salling Group A / S, already present in Poland, together with the distribution centers associated with the interest and the local board office.
The company expects the net proceeds from the cash transaction to be 165 million pounds (64 billion HUF). (MTI)
