Bayer sells the Dr. Scholl brand
Bayer announces to sell the Dr. Scholl brand to US-based Yellow Wood Partners for 585 million USD – portfolio.hu wrote.
The iconic foot care brand in North America generated 234 million USD in revenue last year and the Boston-based Yellow Wood would consolidate the brand into a standalone company and further invest in growth and profitability. (portfolio.hu)
