IT consultancy Devoteam did a study that found: nearly two thirds of German retail experts see exciting potential uses for generative AI. E-commerce, IT and marketing are the areas most likely to benefit from the technology. Nearly 90% of respondents believe AI will fundamentally transform the entire retail value chain and revolutionise the industry in the long term. //
