Rema 1000 Collaborates With Schulstad To Fight Food Waste
Rema 1000 has announced that it has joined forces with Danish bakery giant Schulstad to prevent food waste by encouraging customers to use leftover bread as an ingredient in their meals.
As part of the initiative, Rema 1000 and Schulstad are offering recipes where bread is used as an additional ingredient, or as a substitute for meat.
