It will be easier to open small shops in the future
The government would liberalize the trade activities significantly in the future. It will be enough to report to the competent notary the opening of a new shop. The simplification is required by EU harmonization.
The changes will positively affect the companies dealing with trade. According to the proposal of the Ministry of Economy it would be enough to report to the competent notary the opening of a new shop. With the amendment the state will get rid of an annual 25-30 thousands licensing process and shopkeepers, will save time – reports Napi Gazdaság.
