Simpler licensing procedure in trade
Due to the result of the June 2009 amendment of the Trade Act; the opening of a business will be more simple. The dealer can choose the form of trading and it will not be required, to aquire business cards.
According to the amendment; the commercial activity should be reported to the trade authority, and then the trader can start to trade. The public authority keeps a register of trade notifications.
So the operating permit requirements will end, however, some products continue to be sold in shops with a license, if the public order, public safety, human, animal, plant health and life protection, the protection of the environment or public health requires that – reports Piacesprofit.hu.
