Domestic labor migration is the problem and the solution at the same time
It is an increasingly difficult task to maintain the skilled workforce at several points of the country, because of the offers from other more developed areas and from abroad.
According to the regional experts of Profession.hu, those who have skilled occupations change workplaces very easily, which makes long-term planning difficult for companies.
According to the data of the online job portal, the three most frequent shortages on the skilled occupations list are electricians, fitters and welders, but there is a serious demand in almost all of the counties for engineers and qualified physical workers. IT developers are almost impossible to find in the countryside.
