The date of durability on foodstuffs will be uniformed
After one and a half-year transitional period, the date of durability on foodstuffs will be uniformed. Only the day / month / year order will be valid.
The change in the domestic regulation aims to use the marking of the European Union. In the 26 Member States of the European Union, only the day / month / year sequence is followed and Hungary cannot be an exception.
The FVM-regulation, that will come into force on the 1st of July 2011 continues to allow food producing enterprises to use the word spelled month (September) indication – reports Index.
