Uniform rights for all European customers!
Paolo Martinelli, the President of the civil Consumer Protection Organisation (BEUC) of the European Union and Morvay György, President of the National Consumer Protection Organisation (OFE), gave BEUC’s Union consumers protection proposal package to Cséfalvay Zoltán Secretary of State.
According to the OFE; the latest EU developments are disappointing. Therefore the BEUC and OFE and asked the Hungarian government, the European Parliament and the Member States to encourage then to the adoption of a directive, which will retain and strengthen the existing rights of consumers, rather than reduces them – reports Világgazdaság Online.
