According to the results of GfK Hungária’s Shopping Monitor 2009/2010 study; Consumers are getting more conscious. Nowadays the actions and promotions have prority status. The biggest interests are for the actions of the basic food.
The most popular venues, as in the last year are the hypermarkets and smaller self-service shops. The hypermarkets are popular for their wide selection, small shops are close to home.
In the choosing of the chains price, quality and the wide selection are the most important. The roles of the actions increased, compared to the previous periods. The greatest interest is for the basic food actions.
