The National Agricultural Chamber (NAK) and the Agricultural Research Institute (AKI) carried out the complex agricultural and food labor market survey of with the participation of one thousand businesses.
According to the preliminary data of the complex agricultural and food labor market survey, the agricultural enterprises put an increasing emphasis on labor management, and on the training of existing employees, however, according to them, the graduates’ professional competencies and skills in problem-solving does not reach the expected level.
