More and more retailers support communicating with AI
According to a recent survey by the German EHI Retail Institute, in the German-speaking world AI use in the communication of retail companies doubled in the last two years.

Eight out of ten companies regularly use AI for writing texts, editing images and videos, and desktop research

More than 80% of the companies surveyed regularly use AI for writing texts, editing images and videos or for research purposes. Two-thirds of them experience significant time and cost savings as a result of using AI. //
