Hungary expects more and more South Korean tourists

The number of South Korean tourists in Hungary will increase significantly, due to the two agreements that the Magyar Turizmus (MT) Zrt. and the similar profile Korean state institutions concluded on Thursday – the Minister of National Economy (NGM) told MTI.

Varga Mihály added that last year 120 thousand Korean tourists arrived to Hungary, who can be considered as premium category high-spending tourists, who spend much more than the average. The plan of the direct flights between Seoul and Budapest also serves the tourism boost – the president of the Korean Tourist Office added. (MTI)
