According to the data of the KSH, the production area and yield of garlic show a decreasing trend: the yield was between 5.2 and 7.9 thousand tons in the last ten years, in 2020 5212 tons of garlic were harvested from 768 hectares, which was 27 percent less than a year before, according to AKI’s latest report.
