There are more and more hybrid letters

Demand for online mailing increased dramatically during the pandemic. With a hybrid letter-type item, the physical connection to the post oofice can be avoided, as the letter must be sent electronically via a digital post office, but the item still reaches the recipient on paper.

For an average domestic small and medium-sized business, postal administration takes 1-2 hours a week, and the number of letters sent per month ranges from 50 to 500 envelopes – letters over 1000 are handled by many students to reduce the time spent on envelopes.
