Increasingly popular rural tourism
Rural tourism, may expand from the second half of the year. It is a popular form of recreation mainly among domestic visitors.
Rural hospitality can be a break out point for the countryside again. This tourism sector was not affected so hard by the dramatic downturn, but that is true, that we can not talk about development. In 2008, about 7500 rural accommodation were registered, which meant about 47 thousand beds. This is a 15 percent increase, compared to 2007 – said Szekerdi Rafael, Office Manager of the National Association of Rural and Agrotourism (FATOSZ) – reports nepszava.hu.
