Hungarians consider their labor market situation more and more favorable
Hungarian workers consider their labor market situation more and more favorable. More people feel their job position stable, but if they lose it, they would find a new job easily that matches their qualifications – the most recent representative labor market survey of the BNP Paribas Cardif insurer and Medián reveals.
According to information sent to the MTI on Thursday, the study, the so-called Labor Market Stability Index measured the extent of the employees’ trust that their current job will provide them job opportunities in the long term, what steps they would taken if their jobs would be in danger and how easily they could find a new job.
