Cafeteria becoming more popular

A growing number of companies are using the cafeteria system, which allows them to save money and provide more benefits for employees. As a result of growing taxes, many companies are issuing vouchers instead of increasing the wages of their employee, according to Krisztián Balázs of Accor Services Magyarország Kft. Employers can decide which benefits should be included in the cafeteria system. The average cafeteria budget of HUF 180,000 is still far from the allowed maximum of HUF 400,000.
