More effective consumer protection in the conciliation boards
More and more effective consumer protection is realized in the conciliation boards – stressed Baranovszky György,, president of the Conciliation Board of Budapest on Wednesday, at press conference.
He said that 2805 cases arrived to the Conciliation Board of Budapest until the 30th of November this year, which is a 23 percent increase, compared to the previous year. It indicates, that consumers are increasingly aware, and it is a positive trend, that businesses are increasingly subjected themselves under the alternative dispute resolution procedures – reports MTI.
