The short supply chains are becoming increasingly important in food supply
The short supply chains are becoming more and more important in the management of food distribution all over the world, including Hungary – Mezei Dávid Deputy Minister of State of the Prime Minister's Office underlined on Thursday, at a Hungarian-French joint technical conference organized in Budapest.
Mezei Dávid added that in the 2014-2020 period, Hungary will spend 26 billion HUF rural development funds tofacilitate the more efficient management of the short supply chains. (The short supply chain aims to minimize an intermediary between the consumer and the producer.) (MTI)
