We have taken a close look at the two best known lifestyle programs and the assortment of products sold under the two labels. According to a survey by GfK Hungária prepared in the beginning of 2006, the Update system had nearly one million followers. Norbi, the aerobic instructor uses three categories to classify food, which determine when these can be eaten. At the moment, they have nearly 30 partners. Norbi.hu Kft. signs a general agreement with each of its partners, which covers the use of the logo, appearance in Norbi Update publications, participation of Norbi and Réka at company events and partner-specific agreements are also signed. Partner businesses can enjoy the benefits of the „Norbi” brand built up over the years and the positive associations related to the name. Commitment to a healthy way of life, appropriate quality assurance system and sales organisation is expected of partners. – Norbi Update is a pioneering enterprise, we are constantly developing and learning. We are full of new ideas, which consumers will soon be able to see on the shelves – says Ildikó Gálik, managing director. Alexandra Béres had been working on a book about the relation between nutrition and sport for years. The book titled “Weight Control” was published in the spring and a second edition is coming. – Enterprises from the food business had contacted us while the book was being written, because they were looking for a health related program to join – says Krisztián Barna, managing director of Súlykontroll Kft.
