IFE and Foodapest to fuse

According to an agreement signed by Montgomery International and HUNGEXPO Zrt., the two well known trade exhibitions will fuse into a single event under the name IFE FOODAPEST. This will lay down the foundation for the largest food industry event in the Eastern European region. IFE FOODAPEST will be held for the first time between 20- 22. November 2007. IFE is a world leader in exhibitions with events in Budapest, Miami, New Delhi, Warsaw, Moscow and London. The fusion of the two brands is expected to bring benefits for both exhibitors and visitors. The machinery and packaging section of Foodapest will continue to be held once every two years, with the next event in 2008. The joint Foodapest – IFE exhibition will become the only event worth visiting for guests from Eastern Europe and the Balkans, as a result of the international background provided by IFE and the strong image of Foodapest.
