A Free Trade Zone is being built in Shanghai this year. This can help the metropolis to became a center of world trade – the city officials announced over the weekend.

It is scheduled that the construction of the inner-city Free Trade Zone that will meet the international norms and standards starts this year and will be completed in the middle of the decade.
