We fight alone for pálinka tax exemption

Hungary can be left alone in the lawsuit that may start even in the first half of the yerar on the European Court of Justice.

The lawsuit will be initated, due to the tax exemption of homemade pálinka. The Hungarian government asked several European Union Member States to support the Hungarian position, but according to judicial sources no one has indicated that they would sue on Hungary’s side so far.
