A new luxury chocolate brand was born in Budapest: the Ypsilon Artisan Chocolates
The new dessert product of the Ypsilon Artisan Chocolates manufactory was born from the brilliant idea of Ésik Zsanett chef and Kéninger Csaba chocolate master: fruit bomb enclosed into a chocolate cup with luxury design.
Contrary to the traditions, the bonbons are not based on ganache – ie creamy emulsion of chocolate and cream, seasoned with various spices – but instead they are made of fresh fruits. They are exciting creations that were inspired by the sweet flavors of childhood and by sophisticated cocktail recipes.
The product made its debut at the “Sweet Days” event with a great success.
