A Hungarian startup is renewing the market of dairy-free dairy products
Capriovus, a family business based in Szigetcsép, innovates the market of dairy-free dairy products in a unique way in the world. The company entered the market with the ToTu product line, in the framework of which they developed alternatives made from egg whites without preservatives, flavors, colors and added sugar, including sour cream, cottage cheese, cream cheese and other products.
Capriovus has been operating since 1992, and its 80-person team of food and agricultural engineers has extensive knowledge in the production of egg-based products. The company produces the eggs needed for production itself and produces various egg-based products, such as egg powder, boiled eggs and egg juice, from 250 million eggs every year – reports vg.hu.
