Lidl Magyarország wins Top Employer award once again

Lidl Magyarország can once again boast the “Top Employer” certification in 2026. Every year the internationally recognised Top Employers Institute selects the world’s best employers. What is more, Lidl Magyarország has also been awarded the prestigious Enterprise Seal certification, which proves the consistently high standard and quality of its exemplary HR management – at an international level in more than 30 countries.

“The Top Employer 2026 award is clear confirmation that we operate according to high quality standards as an employer. Top Employers evaluates companies in various areas of HR based using a strict set of criteria.
