Bordás Tibor main organizer told MTI that the Sodar is a German word, meaning ham. He stressed that the real Sodar is a shaped, red, tender, smoked meat with flavor and aroma.
He recalled that the event was founded by the Association of Traditional Butchers of Gyula, but last year the event was not organized, due to financial reasons. (MTI)
