Wonders of a 2 Michelin-star Spanish restaurant
The Michelin Guide for Spain and Portugal 2014 has been released. (We are going to discuss the subject matter linked to the Alimentaria trade-show in Barcelona in the December issue of the magazine).
We often mention the Roca-brothers and Arzak restaurant who have received the three stars again, whereas the highly underrated Albert Adria 41°/Tickets restaurant has received its first Michelin-star, too. In the two neighbouring countries, a total of8 three- 19 two- and 144 one-star restauranzts are weating for the guests.
We can also come up with the wonders of a two-star restaurant this time: the guests of Alimentria tradeshow's pressconference had been taken taken to Girona-based Les Cols restaurant, which is a raher elegant, clean-styled place as you can see below:
