Health and environmental awareness grew because of the epidemic
Consumer behaviour has fundamentally changed as a result of the coronavirus outbreak. People are consciously looking for healthy and environmentally friendly products when they buy them, and most of them would not change that in the future, according to an international survey of more than 14,000 people in 20 countries by EY, which regularly analyses changes in consumer habits. Companies need to adapt to new needs as quickly as possible if they do not want to lose a significant proportion of their customers.
