Hospitality and cultural life in Germany can be shut down throughout November
Hospitality and tourism and artistic and cultural life in Germany could be shut down for the whole of November due to the intensification of the coronavirus pandemic – the federal health minister said in an interview on Wednesday.
The most important thing is to maintain the functioning of public education and day care. These “priorities can be identified quickly,” but it is very difficult to make the decisions we need, that is, “stop tour operators and caterers, and art and cultural life throughout November,” – Jens Spahn told the Südwestrundfunk (SWR) regional public service media company.
