World cereal prices skyrocket
Consumer prices rose at an unprecedented rate in April compared with a year earlier. In addition to paying much more for fuels, not a basic food has become more expensive. World cereal prices have skyrocketed, costing 25-50 percent more for different crops. K&H’s agricultural expert says higher prices are worth taking in the longer term.
